The Program

The Networked Curator is a a digital literacy workshop for curators presented by the Association of Art Museum Curators (AAMC) Foundation and the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media (RRCHNM) at George Mason University (GMU).

Two 3-day workshops will be held, one at GMU, August 6 – 8, 2017, and a second at the Getty Center February 7-9, 2018. Cohorts of twelve curators will gain an expanded digital literacy and vocabulary, a better understanding of what is possible on the web and in digital environments, and increased knowledge of best practices for publishing research online.

The Networked Curator is sponsored by the Samuel H. Kress and Getty Foundations.
